The garden is full of life

A beautiful start to the day. Got the washing on early and went for a wander in the garden. Everything has grown so much over the last week. The bluetits have fledged but I'm wondering if they have eggs again as the adults are still appear to be going in and out.
Plenty of young Great tits noisily chattering tin the trees and occasionally visiting the garden. Heard a noise from the trees and then spotted the young woodpecker in the garden with the Mum nearby, must be the day for fledging woodpeckers.

I liked this Chaffinch against the mottled background. They are probably the most frequent visitors.

Just finished the last session of Brownies before the Holidays. Said goodbye to a few Brownies who are moving on to Guides which is always sad as they have been coming for three years.

Enjoyed a cup of tea and a piece of cake to celebrate Davids 22nd birthday.
