Harvest

Not as bountiful as last year but nonetheless home grown new potatoes.

A long day with a very early start (I was in the office at 6.30 thanks to the cats), busy, busy, busy and then at 2:30 - Feierabend without the Feier.

Came home, mowed the lawns, took Moot to the vet (not good news, his Insulin dosage has to go up) and then the Handwerker were here to fix a doodah to the flat door and then hand over keys to the cat sitter.

We're heading off* for a week of no Katzenterror tomorrow morning.

I always feel sad about leaving them behind.

Really.

On the other hand it will be fantastic to be away.
