A few miles down the road .. ..

And only just over an hour away we have arrived at our next destination. This view is from the park just behind the campsite. We felt that the very grand chateau among the vines in the valley looks quite insignificant against the grandeur of the mountain towering above. Quite a choice of scenery in this area (weather permitting). The route of wine and chateaux, the lake at Aix le Bains and the snowy peaks of the Belledonne rising to 2978m.
Commenting may be a bit spasmodic as wifi is only available from the office area, but it's free. McDonalds losing out again! :-))
