Rishton Festival and Parade.

The sun shone from early this morning and the weather was perfect for the festival which takes nearly a year to plan and prepare.
Well done to the team of people who spend hours of their time doing this, and especially Christine who brings it all together.
The parade from the railway station to Norden school was also very colourful and dramatic, as they marched along, some in fancy dress, to the drum beat and brass band.
The stalls looked great and many people came along.

The One Planet Branching- Out stall will be at Great Harwood Farmer's Market on Sunday.
