That was the question I was asked by the coffee machine man.

I scoffed at this man.
If course I had, I'm not an idiot.
And that's what I told him.

Then he told me about the reset button.

A button I did not know existed.

I pushed said button, and after two weeks, 12 e-mails and 7 phone calls, my coffee machine worked!

I celebrated with a mocha!
