Morning In Galleywood

Hi Tom

I took myself off for a run this morning. It was a beautiful morning...just perfect for running. I was a bit worried as it was like starting out all over again as it's the first run for me in nearly four weeks. I needed to do this as I have a couple of races coming up. I was getting very negative in my head thinking I'd never be able to run...but I did. ...badly but I did run. I didn't use run keeper as I didn't think I'd be running much but surprised myself and wish I had.

On my way back the sun was shining and I took this across our field...you can just see our house at the bottom.

Other than that not much else done apart from more gardening. I really like my new strimmer...nothing is safe when I have my strimmer in hand.

Was nice to talk last night....everything sounds good. Loved the photo you sent....dad blipped that today. Good luck on your first day of work today....I'll be thinking of you. X
