Morning sparkles

This might look like sugar icing on a cake but it's a leaf outside, not processed at all.

After all the baby excitement of yesterday I'm having a quiet time cooking curries for a couple of friends coming over. Our mutual friend who made my chair covers, and whose workshop I blipped in the summer, died last night. Cancer, un-diagnosed till too late. It's a sad time of year but I know I'm lucky to have my four grandchildren to focus on.
