Pennington Flash

Busy day topped off with a walk around the flash trying to make the most of the waning sunlight.

The rain got us, briefly.

We watched the geese gathering together on the flash. We lurked awhile just in case they were getting ready to fly away together. They didn't.

Consolation prize was an ice cream.

Yes, it is nearly winter, but ice cream is ice cream!
