Trash

Here is a major public building in our city with a below-ground level walkway. Not sure why the net is here, possibly to catch litter? If so it has succeeded. Just look at the trash people have just chucked over the wall. We are a mucky race!
There is a litter bin twenty yards away, but why bother with that? Just chuck my fag packet or drinks container over the wall. Someone else will clear it up.
In Japan people would not dream of this sort of disrespect and irresponsibility.
Makes me despair!
