Boston

Here we are in Boston! City number seven in our whirlwind tour of the States. The time just seems to be zooming by, we've done so much and its just as well that I'm blipping because we are already having to think hard to remember where we've been!

We had a lovely short flight to get here from Washington and we most cunningly negotiated the metro at both sides. For once we got from airport to hotel for only $2 each! Of course our hotel is right next to the Back Bay/South End 'T' Station here, but we are definitely (finally!) learning from experience how to work out the cheapest option ;o)

Because we arrived in the afternoon for a change we've been able to have a good wander about, scope out the local area, find a supermarket, do our laundry, go out for something to eat (well, we saved all that money on travel....) and not be completely done in. Yay!

Boston is beautiful, its all about the blossom and the brownstones round here. Utter bliss! Looking forward to a proper explore tomorrow :O)
