Grey wagtail?

I went for a long walk with dad today - well he was on his disability scooter and I was power walking! We went across to Hengistbury Head and I saw this little bird walking about in the marsh. I am not sure what it is but it captivated me - a grey wagtail maybe? I'd be happy for anyone to correct me
