Triangle

This rather attractive neighbourhood is commonly known as The Pubic Triangle for reasons fairly obvious if you notice what kind of clubs populate the area. Although it's a night-time shot its very early on, I don't think I'd have got away with photographing it later tonight without quite a lot of inebrated gentlemen getting a tad pissed off with me!

To be honest I quite like the place, it's a wee bit shabby and a little seedy but it's nice enough during the day and there are lots of cool wee shops on West Port and leading down into the Grassmarket. I think because the Strip Clubs take up such a small area really (a few steps one way or another and you'd easily miss it) they just add a bit of colour and have never felt threatening. It has character!
And could you imagine the West port without Burke and Hare? Just wouldn't be right!
