September 2019 and I decided to update my profile.

I've been blipping since January 2015 and, apart from a couple of breaks in 2017, have managed to sustain the daily habit.

I live in Stirling with lapsed blipper Cameraman who got me into this in the first place. In 2016 I retired from my job with the Open University in Scotland, based in Edinburgh but also all over the place,  work which I absolutely loved. I still do a bit of paid work but on an infrequent basis.

I started out using my phone camera but my blips are now nearly always taken with a Canon PowerShot G7 and on the odd occasion a SonyDSC RX10. I find the Canon an ideal camera. The Sony is great but far too heavy for me to cart about.

Blippers are such lovely people - it's great to have your encouraging comments and company and I love looking at other journals for words, pictures and friendship.
