We did it!

Well , not a repeat of yesterday's hike up Camel's Hump to not quite the top, but to the view from the top of Pinnacle Trail. The extra is the view from the rocks the daughter  is sitting on. We felt far more virtuous today having made it to the top. Came back ravenous and had some truly excellent pizza a Positive Pie, followed by grocery shopping with Fi and one of  the most amazing 4th of July fireworks display I've ever seen. It's like one gigantic block party around the statehouse lawn! Can't picture this ever happening in Albany.  Very interesting place. The parade this afternoon included the governor and Bernie Sanders ( who looks much younger in person ) and the usual assortment of floats and I swear half the town on bikes. Like I said , interesting place!
