Two birds!

JR went off in the morning for a retiral do at her (old) school. Except that it turned out that it was an afternoon/evening do. However, she had a pleasant day catching up with staff and kids. Chris Hoy also happened to be in the school today but she did not actually see him for what could have been an excellent possible blip. :-(

I did several loads of washing, fiddle-faddled around, and watched a bit of TV (the Louis Theroux documentary about Savile - horrible).

Archie and I watched the sparrows for ages, then went out to the Links when it became obvious JR was not coming home to take him up the hill.

We went down to Christine to join her in a prosecco print off the list of tips for the house for Anne next weekend. I keep thinking I should get a printer, but really, I hardly ever need one. Even the boarding passes this time are on the phone.

Talking of boarding passes - next week is holiday time!
