Gym, sofa, hill...

Gym this morning, and JR did a marathon session - 40 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the cross trainer - my efforts pale into insignificance, though they didn't feel so at the time. Archie and I sat in the front garden in the sunshine waiting for her to come back - she's not normally a whole hour!

I spent most of the day after that watching tennis, but roused myself later to go up the hill to meet Bailey and her mum. They're usually there first, already half way up the hill, and Bailey comes charging down at such a speed to meet Archie. She is SO fast, she leaves Archie miles behind.

We went back to Janet's for a cuppa and to admire her new big TV, where we watched the mixed doubles.

Now watching the latest series of House of Cards. Really need subtitles, though.
