Birthday

N's birthday today. We drove over to Domme and had lunch on the terrace of the Le Belvedere overlooking the Dordogne valley.  This young bird kept swooping down to pick up crumbs, which it took up into the branches to eat in safety.  From the terrace you can see right over the valley and I liked the angular nature of some of the fields (extra 1).  We strolled around the village afterwards and saw, amongst other things, some nice doors (extra 2), before driving back home through LaCave and Carennac.  Lovely day.
