Out of Sorts

Felt in a blah mood as no movement in the you know where department so  had to resort to the stimulant laxative again. This is getting very wearisome - I don't feel ill and am not in pain from it but just fed up with my system not behaving itself! I know, I know, go to the Dr - I feel childish saying " But I don't want to " but thats exactly how I feel! If things don't get back into rhythm this time I will at least take a stool sample - but I am not agreeing to any invasive explorations.  For an entirely different one off event I have been there, had that done and got a clear bill of health but no explanation a few years ago so not going through that again! I simply don't want to get sucked into a health system I have no faith in - so I will up my fibre even more, keep drinking lots and keep my fingers but not my legs crossed! Also thanks ciorstain for suggesting yoga - found 7 yoga poses to help make you poo!
I did manage to finally sit down to do some arty crafty work. I found this one month course which is for people who love making lists! But rather than lists of what to do it's a daily list to a prompt - what are your favourite foods, outfits, what are your goals, your obsessions! The first list is about you, so I have pets, photography, gardening, reading, clothes and coffee on my list! Which meant drawing a hen! Hmm, going to have to practise that a lot before I draw it in my list book!
