Strawberries

The eldest loves strawberries. He wasn’t allowed second helpings of them at lunch time as he hadn’t eaten his first course nor any blueberries mixed in with the strawberries. This caused great upset. He was utterly delighted to engineer strawberry picking with grandpa a little later.

We came home and went round to a neighbour for afternoon tea. She dishes lots of gossip about the village.
