Bin Find Number 79

A pleasantly warm day today, thanks to the clouds. Becky and Daniel came today, they haven’t been for a while, as they’ve been away in London. But it was cooler for a walk round the Meadows. He got a good report, having ‘made friends with’ a child who wanted to pat him.

JR, after her walk to and from the gym, and after her breakfast, didn’t stop. She was in a ‘housework’ mode. (This almost never happens to me). She cleaned floors, walls, mirrors, kitchen benches… Archie and I stayed well out of her way, read the Sunday papers and watched the T20 cricket, which was great - not too long, lots of action, and great reviews of catches etc.

I took Archie round the block to try out my new shoes - they were OK, but I didn’t go far. We popped in to see Dougal, but there were lots of visitors meeting him. He’s a popular wee chap (Becky and Daniel popped in to meet him after they left here).

When JR had finished housework, she took Archie round the block again. And came across this bin freebie! She noticed a group of three or four of them this morning. How could she resist him?
