Somewhere new

I got up early and practiced some yoga - kapalabhati and asana.
My pal Morven was round at 9.30 and we went for a walk with Lou Lou and Daisy (her dogs) in the woods -around Kinharvie. Her dogs are such characters. Lou Lou likes to carry as big as stick as she can find , or today as I could find her . ;-)
It’s nice to go somewhere new.
After lunch I went round to Mums and what I thought might be a short visit wasn’t. I find it hard not to worry about her , especially after her recent fall.
