Sunday

I got my posts muddled up but today is Sunday which started with a walk. For some reason I woke up in a strange mood. Lots going round my head which I couldn’t shake but a walk helped, although my podcast on Dictators (Adolf Hitler) was probably not the best subject! Home and OH had finished painting the kitchen window before the sun came round the back. I did a bit of gardening but it was too hot so sat and read the paper. My mood didn’t lift all day (no reason just silly worrying thoughts) and by the afternoon I had a banging head so slept for a few hours. Late dinner and started to feel a bit better. Tomorrow I’m doing a ‘re-set’.
