Someone in the family saw a few snowflakes but it wasn’t us, maybe next time. It has been quite cold today though and the temps are expected to continue dropping over the next few days. We were fortunate that we had no place to go today. We both accomplished many “January” jobs. Hubby worked in his closet, we repaired a wind catcher that had come apart, we cleaned and scrubbed the alkaline deposits off the kitchen sink sprayer, tiny little jobs that get overlooked. The one I am happiest to have finished is repotting some of my Christmas cacti. There were several that had finally died so that unsightly mess is gone. It felt good to cross those jobs off the list. Hubby begins his day on the recliner saying his daily prayers. Blanche usually cuddles with him. Millie has gotten the most attention lately since she has been ill so I thought it was time to showcase this lovable pudgy kitty. If hubby’s hand was on his lap, this silly kitty would start holding it with her paw. We are going out to celebrate Chase getting his driving permit. See the extra. Oh my! Take care and be safe.
