Bleeding Hearts

We had an enjoyable spring day. The temps got to 65°F (18.3°C), it was sunny with a bit of breeze. When I went out to get this photo, I spent time pulling new weeds out of a few gardens. Doing just a little each day, keeps weeds under control. The bleeding heart plants multiplied more than usual. There are now several scattered on one side of the front garden. They look so dainty. Can’t wait until hubby is able to distribute mulch and help me pick up sticks that have fallen during windy days. I look forward to having the property neat and orderly but I realize there will always be unfinished tasks out there. We did a few inside jobs but when my headache returned (probably from pollen), I lost my get up and go. It’s nap time. We are planning to meet everyone to watch Parker’s game at 4:30. We ate our main meal early so we will grab a snack on the way home. Kim’s family may go to NC a day early; I could be heading to her house tomorrow evening. Glad I am all packed. Without my Kindle, I may be bored to death. May use the time to clean up my electronic files. They are a mess. Have an enjoyable day folks. Stay safe. Thanks for dropping by. “The beautiful spring came, and when nature resumes her loveliness, the human soul is apt to revive also.” - Harriet Ann Jacobs
