Croydon international airport

We are in the London area for a few days, staying opposite Croydon International Airport.......

Intrigued by the view of the building I had to investigate.

It turns out that this was London's airport before Heathrow opened.

This building was actually one of the world's first purpose built terminal buildings.

There's a breeze brewing up in the South East.
